In the role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the private commercial and public sectors, building and managing relationships with Tier 1 contractors and end clients, identifying and securing fit-out and refurbishment projects, and contributing to winning bid strategies and commercial logic by working closely with pre-construction, estimating, and delivery teams to support successful tender submissions.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager or sales professional with experience in commercial fit-outs or refurbishments, who understands how to engage with Tier 1 contractors, public sector procurement routes, and bid logic, and is looking to join a leading contractor offering progression, training, long-term stability, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing, close-knit team.
The Role
Develop and grow business across private commercial and public sector clients, including Tier 1 contractors
Support bid strategy development and contribute to winning tender logic
Build long-term relationships across Swindon, Bristol, and surrounding areasThe Person
