The successful Engineering Supervisor will have: Essential: Industry recognised engineering qualification Experience within electrical or multiskilled electrical bias Proven track record of achieving improvements Strong influencing skills Be able to fault find in both electrical and mechanical Ability to diagnose circuit drawings Ability to drive continuous improvement performance whilst leading others Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
