Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in piercing training and act as a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an organized, visually appealing store with perfect displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
* Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay updated on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Support deliveries, execute visual merchandising displays, and assist in promotional activities.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases and piercings on social media.

Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Ability to stand during shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good math and reading comprehension.
* Interest in fashion and current trends; ability to create a curated fashion look with product during shifts.
