This role is about making integration work in the real world, not just on paper. You’ll be leading the integration of an established Irish organisation into a UK-led service operations model. The Irish business has operated independently for years, with its own leadership dynamics, ways of working, and ServiceNow environment. From mid-year, it transitions into a single operating model. The technical platform consolidation is being delivered by a third party. Your focus is on everything around it. People, behaviours, governance, decision making, and ensuring the integration feels intentional rather than imposed. This is not a delivery-by-spreadsheet role. It requires judgement, presence, and the ability to spot tension early and address it constructively. Why this role stands out Human-centred integration The success of this programme hinges on trust, alignment, and how change is handled, not just process compliance. Meaningful stakeholder engagement You will spend time on site in Ireland early on to build strong relationships with senior leadership, before moving into a steady travel rhythm. Real ownership and influence You will work closely with senior programme leadership, with clear accountability for outcomes rather than task execution. High-growth consulting environment Join a young but experienced consultancy built by leaders with a strong track record of scaling complex delivery organisations. What you’ll be responsible for Owning and driving the end-to-end integration plan across service operations and governance Shaping and delivering a clear change narrative that brings teams with you Managing senior stakeholders across UK and Ireland with sensitivity and credibility Coordinating closely with the ServiceNow delivery partner to ensure non-technical impacts are addressed Identifying friction early and resolving issues pragmatically without unnecessary escalation Maintaining strong programme discipline across risks, dependencies, decisions, and communications What we’re looking for Essential 10 years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager leading complex change or integration programmes Proven ability to operate in politically complex, multi-entity environments Strong understanding of service operations and infrastructure-led organisations Excellent programme hygiene across RAID, governance, stakeholder management, and decision making Comfortable leading the people side of integration and change British citizenship with full right to work in the UK Nice to have Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integrations Exposure to ServiceNow environments Background in regulated or enterprise-scale organisations Contract details Initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Start ASAP London-based with regular travel to Ireland, particularly in the early phase Travel and expenses covered IR35 status to be confirmed If you’re a senior project manager who thrives in complex, people-led integration work and wants genuine ownership rather than just delivery oversight, this is worth a conversation.
