Join Our In-House SDR Team
We are hiring a Software Sales Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role based in London (Mayfair).
This is not outsourced sales. This is not high-volume cold calling.
You’ll be embedded directly within product, advisory, and leadership - helping take a major platform release to market at a pivotal growth stage.
You’ll engage CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors in conversations around:
* Execution efficiency
* Pricing transparency
* Hedging performance
* Risk management
You will help shape how Adda is positioned, messaged, and commercialised as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and qualifying new leads through strategic inside sales activity
* Generating and nurturing high-quality opportunities for the sales team
* Managing consultative conversations with prospective clients
* Delivering clear, persuasive value propositions around execution analytics
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting structured business development initiatives
* Contributing to the growth of a high-performance commercial function
You’ll be opening conversations around governance, transparency, and financial impact - backed by data that stands up in the boardroom.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a strong ability to identify and engage prospective clients
* Excellent Communication skills - confident articulating complex value propositions clearly
* A proven Sales track record, meeting or exceeding targets
* Business Development instincts with the ability to identify new commercial opportunities
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, agile environment
* Familiarity with financial markets, fintech, SaaS, or data analytics (preferred)
* Bachelor’s degree from a leading university – business related is preferable but not essential.
