Customer Service Advisor £26,178 - £26,795 pro rata, 25 hours per week 9:00am-2:00pm Monday – Friday Up to 12 month fixed term maternity contract X2 Positions available Witney About the role… We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. Here at Publica we believe in giving the best service possible to our customers. You will be the first port of call in helping our customers via telephone, email, online, web chat and face to face. In this key role you will provide flexible customer service support working in a busy contact centre, responding to a wide range of customer enquiries on virtually all services provided by the Council.
