We're working with a well-known UK charity looking for a Data Quality Analyst to lead a focused programme to improve the quality, structure and governance of data within their Dynamics 365 CRM.
This role will take ownership of a structured CRM data cleansing project, improving the accuracy and usability of data while establishing clearer documentation and processes to support better data management going forward.
You'll work with teams across the organisation to identify duplicate or inconsistent records, improve how data is captured, and document key entities, fields and relationships within Microsoft Dataverse.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead a Dynamics 365 CRM data cleansing programme
* Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records
* Document CRM data structures within Microsoft Dataverse
* Work with internal teams to improve data standards and processes
* Provide reporting on progress and outcomes
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with CRM or database systems
* Is confident analysing data using Excel or similar tools
* Has strong attention to detail and enjoys improving data quality
* Can manage a defined data improvement project
