We’re working with an AI FinTech for Healthcare startup based in London, building intelligent tools that simplify financial decision-making for dental practices. This is a 3-month onsite contract suited for a thoughtful, systems-minded designer with 3+ years of experience creating end-to-end product experiences for complex, data-heavy SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong UX and information architecture skills with consumer design experience and confidence in designing for the AI era.
What you’ll do:
* Design for ease of use, ensuring users can intuitively find and understand key data.
* Create user flows that guide users from high-level metrics to detailed, actionable insights.
* Develop interfaces that integrate proactive AI-generated insights and ensure trust in recommendations.
* Design adaptive experiences that serve varied user types and intents.
* Apply consumer design sensibilities to make complex workflows approachable and engaging.
* Elevate design quality through strong principles and continuous process improvement.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, commercial, and client teams.
* Conduct research and usability testing, iterating designs based on user feedback and data.
* Deliver clear wireframes, polished UI, and production-ready specs.
* Build and maintain a scalable design system across devices and user types.
Key requirements:
* 3+ years of product design experience for complex, data-centric SaaS tools.
* Product Design Contract experience.
* Great portfolio with clear case studies.
* Strong UX, information architecture, and consumer design experience.
* Experience with AI-driven design concepts.
* Creating component libraries with basic frontend literacy.
* Working knowledge of TailwindCSS and shadcn/ui preferred.
* Proficiency in Figma and accessibility-aware design.
* Familiarity with analytics or financial products is a plus.
* Experience with healthcare or dental industry workflows is advantageous.
