Preschool Leader

* Hours: 45 hours per week (8:00am to 6:00pm), 42 weeks per year (non‑working weeks/holiday to be taken during Preschool closures and school term time)
* Salary: SO1 Actual Salary (£47,201.39 – £48,642.38)
* Employment type: Permanent position, 3‑month probation period
Holy Trinity CE Primary School is a one‑form entry primary school located in the heart of Dalston. We are part of a federation of seven schools called Primary Advantage. We believe that working collaboratively enables us to achieve more for pupils and the wider education community.
We are seeking a practitioner passionate about excellent early years provision to become our Preschool Leader. The role involves overseeing the management and delivery of both preschool rooms, handling preschool admissions, developing and deploying staff (including cover), supporting the headteacher with preschool policy and procedure development, maintaining evidence folders in readiness for Ofsted inspection, and acting as a designated safeguarding lead. The role is provision‑based, with release time for administrative responsibilities.
All candidates are required to have at least a Level 3 qualification. Paediatric First Aid and DSL qualifications are desirable.
