Responsibilities
* Provide a range of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylics, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Deliver beauty therapy services such as makeup application, skincare advice, and other specialised treatments as required.
* Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and maintained to the highest standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat business.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not essential; relevant training or certification is required.
* Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and advice to clients.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Ability to apply makeup skillfully and adapt styles to suit individual client needs.
* Organised with attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
