As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and driving organisation-wide change across Talent, OD, DE&I, and Learning. What You’ll Do
* Champion career development by designing and driving initiatives that grow talent and build capability.
* Lead and embed engagement strategies that spark cultural change and align with global/local needs.
* Coach leaders to foster an environment built on strong behaviours and employee experience.
* Build effective internal communication strategies to inform, inspire, and align our people.
* Use global People Analytics tools to deliver meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
* Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Head of CoEs and senior stakeholders.
* Track trends from employee engagement surveys, Top Employer insights, and internal dashboards.
* Lead organisational development and change interventions that deliver real impact.
* Scope, design, and implement change initiatives, ensuring alignment with our culture and business goals.
* Facilitate workshops, campaigns, and toolkits—or guide others to do so with excellence.
* Champion sustainable change management practices and continuous improvement.
* Work cross-functionally with Global and Local Solution Owners to ensure seamless delivery.
* Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, internal HR teams, and external providers.
* Represent HR with confidence and clarity, supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in HR with a focus on Talent, Learning, OD, and DE&I.
* Track record of delivering successful organisational and cultural change.
* Strong analytical capability with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement at a senior level and across global/regional teams.
* Creative communicator, able to design and deliver engaging content and experiences.
* Ideally qualified in OD, coaching, or leadership/team development tools.
* Curious, future-focused, and ready to challenge the status quo.
