We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our London International Social Security (ISS) team. We're looking for someone who brings technical expertise and changes management skills to deliver high-impact communication and engagement strategies. The Team
EY’s ISS practice is the leading global provider of social security services. The London-based team includes ex-social security administration staff, qualified accountants, and tax advisors with backgrounds in expatriate tax, immigration, and assignment management.
The team supports a wide range of global advisory and compliance work involving individuals relocating to and from the UK, as well as between other country combinations around the world.
What You’ll Do
1. Coordinate and manage ISS service delivery for multiple multinational clients
2. Own the day-to-day delivery of core global ISS compliance services
3. Act as the main point of contact for global clients and build long-term relationships with both corporate clients and assignees
4. Manage and coordinate efforts across the London ISS team, our GDS back-office team, and the global EY network
5. Monitor and manage account financials proactively
6. Provide strategic guidance to help clients reduce/manage global social security liabilities
7. Identify cross-selling opportunities within ISS and other People Advisory Services sub-service lines
8. Offer technical advice regarding global social security compliance and benefits/healthcare obligations
9. Liaise with government departments in the UK and internationally
10. Draft client correspondence and lead ad hoc projects
11. Coach and mentor junior team members to support their technical and professional development
About You
You’ll have:

14. A proactive, self-motivated approach
15. The ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
16. Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and listening)
17. Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels
18. Experience in a client-facing role within International Social Security, National Insurance Contributions (NIC), Assignment Management, or Expatriate Tax is highly beneficial.
