Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate evening operations across various departments, including restaurants, kitchens, brands, and bars
* Guest Experience: Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring a memorable experience for all
* Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a diverse team, offering guidance, support, and training to maintain outstanding service standards
* Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of owners, guests, and team members at all times
* Administration: Manage administrative tasks such as rota scheduling, sales monitoring, and handling investigations and disciplinary actions
* Emergency Response: Serve as a point of contact during emergencies, coordinating responses, and taking necessary actions to protect guests and property
* Vendor and Supplier Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials essential for resort operations
* Promotions and Events: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and special events to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue
Experience/Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or leisure industry, ideally in a holiday park setting
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, team members, and external partners
* Strong leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and motivating others to achieve shared objectives
* Proficient understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a calm and efficient approach to resolving challenges
* Flexibility to work shifts, including, evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required
