Actively source candidates through advertising, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct thorough background checks, and match them with suitable job opportunities. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly.\nStrategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
