1. Hours:Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm % office based - own transport essential due to location
2. Annual Leave: 25 days per year, rising annually after 3 years of service (up to 7 years). Bank holidays in addition. Offices close between Christmas and New Year

A wellestablished financial planning practice in the Kent countryside is seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Advisor Support professional. This role is ideal for someone with Financial Services experience who enjoys a clientfacing environment and thrives in a busy, detailfocused setting.

The Role
Working closely with a team of Financial Advisers, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
6. Maintaining client files and accurately updating client records
7. Collating and preparing client information
8. Producing illustrations, calculations, and supporting documentation
9. Ensuring all new business is processed compliantly and within agreed timeframes
10. Managing pipeline business from start to completion
11. Liaising daily with third parties, paraplanners, and internal colleagues
12. Providing daytoday support to advisors, including email and phone communication, task reminders, and client liaison
13. Preparing for client meetings and completing all followup actions
14. Producing ad hoc reports and responding to client queries
The Person
This role would suit a confident, professional individual who is highly organised and enjoys working in a clientfocused environment.
Key requirements include:
15. Confidence in dealing with colleagues, clients, and third parties with complete discretion
16. Financial Services experience (highly beneficial)
17. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
18. Strong attention to detail and the ability to problemsolve effectively
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and broader Office applications
20. Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
