HGV Technician (4on, 4off)
Salary: Basic £48,410, plus Benefits
Location: Stockport, Cheshire
A large Blue-Chip food manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a HGV Technician to join their operation in Stockport. Working on a 4on 4off Days and Nights shift pattern, you will be required to complete planned maintenance and repair duties to the fleet equipment on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in the food industry and develop your career further.
Skills required for an HGV Technician:
* Have experience of working on HGV's or any large type of vehicle (Forces candidates are very suitable).
* Experience in LGV Fleet maintenance operations along with any City & Guilds qualifications.
* Demonstrate a flexible approach to work.
* Demonstrate a ‘Safety First' approach at all times.
* Experience of working on equipment such as brake discs, lights and some wiring.
* Ideally have some inspection experience.
