The Role
We’re looking for an Energy Renewals Consultant to manage and retain an existing portfolio of business customers.
This is a consultative, end-to-end sales role where you’ll take ownership of renewals, helping clients secure the best energy contracts while identifying additional opportunities across other services.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
Manage and renew a portfolio of existing SME customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored energy solutions
Source and present the best available deals in the market
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
Handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close deals
Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance
Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Deliver a high standard of service to drive repeat business and referrals
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 12 months sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred)
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Target-driven with a desire to earn and progress
Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing
Consultative approach with a focus on customer needs
Resilient and able to perform under pressure
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Benefits
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission
Realistic OTE £35,000 - £55,000+
