Key responsibilities
* Assist with all aspects of corporate governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems & databases, company secretarial matters
* Assist with all aspects of the company secretarial administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures
* Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters
* Maintain accurate records for all entities administered
* Initiate the collection CDD on shareholders
* Working with Aztec centres of excellence
* Build & maintain strong working relationships with internal & external clients
* Undertake routine & office clerical tasks
Skills, knowledge, expertise
* Previous financial services experience desirable
* Legal degree desirable or commencement of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGI/ ICSA) qualifications
* Computer literacy skills
* Good attention to detail
