The Role
As a Senior React Developer, you'll become a key contributor within a high-performing technical team, developing and delivering solutions for both new and existing clients. You’ll work across a wide range of projects - from web apps and websites to major core products - many of which are greenfield, giving you full visibility from concept to deployment.
Recent work includes:
* A digital transformation project for Public Health Wales
* Applications used by the Olympics
* A platform helping cancer patients navigate treatment
As a full stack engineer, you’ll:
* Develop clean, scalable, maintainable code from user stories
* Contribute to architecture and design discussions
* Influence DevOps pipelines and cloud-based solutions
* Help shape processes and best practices within a team that genuinely listens

Experience in an agency or consultancy environment is ideal - you’ll be used to juggling multiple projects and taking solutions from discovery through to delivery.
