Job Description
3. Posting cash and allocating within Sage 200 & Big change (CRM)
4. Setting up new customer accounts.
5. Credit control - collecting cash to terms.
6. Liaise with external agencies to support with cash collection.
7. Produce credit control reports and assist with cash forecasting.
8. Monitor the credit control and accounts inboxes and responding in a timely manner.
9. Dealing with customer invoice queries including investigating historical disputes
10. Customer credit notes - processing & reporting
11. Build relationships with customers, management, and other departments.
12. Maintenance of customer invoicing portals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
13. Previous experience in credit control or a similar role in accounting and finance.
14. Knowledge of financial reconciliation and payment processes.
15. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
16. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
17. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
18. A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks.
