The role will predominantly be selecting, interviewing and assessing candidates within the lower skilled / manufacturing sector.
This role would suit an experienced, confident person who has been involved in the interviewing of job seekers within either a job centre or manufacturing environment, although other selection skills would be considered also.
The hours of work can be really flexible to work around you, but it will be office based. The ideal hours of work would be 10am to 4pm
Salary – £30,000 – £32,000

Duties
* Source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions .
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
* Assist in lead generation for potential candidates through networking and industry events.
Skills
* Proficient in Human Resources practices with a strong understanding of recruitment processes.
* Strong relationship management skills to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques to attract potential candidates is an advantage.
