We're recruiting General Teaching Assistants for lovely schools across Horsham, supporting KS1 and Early Years pupils with additional needs.
If you have SEN experience, a passion for helping children thrive, and love being hands‑on in the classroom — this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role
* Monday to Friday (term‑time), 8:30am–3:30pm
* £89 per day
* Supporting children in KS1 and Early Years
* Mix of general classroom support and targeted SEN support
* Working alongside experienced teachers and fantastic SENCOs
* Helping create a calm, positive learning environment
* Supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play‑based activities

What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, etc.)
* Warm, patient and child‑centred approach
* Confident building relationships with young learners
* Reliable, friendly and professional
* Team player with good communication skills
* Someone who genuinely loves helping children progress
