If you are an experienced Commercial Claims Handler, thrive on challenge and are a real customer champion you could be just the person to join our team. Claims is at the forefront of our service. Our clients rely upon us to deliver when they most need us, resolve issues, keep them in the loop and generally fight their corner.
Responsibilities
* Manage claims for our commercial clients, keeping them updated and quickly resolving issues as they arise.
* Maintain a claim caseload, prepare claims analysis reports and undertake client visits.
* Train and develop more junior colleagues and assist clients in case of emergency (whether by physical attendance at a meeting or to provide technical advice).
* Work within a brokerage environment focused on motor claims while also handling other covers including goods in transit, commercial property, and liability insurance.
Qualifications
* Broad technical knowledge of commercial classes of insurance and claims handling
* Strong customer service experience
* Cert CII or progress towards
* Microsoft Office knowledge – Word, Outlook, Excel

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative
* Excellent organisational skills and willingness to learn
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Effective teamwork skills
* Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism
