The Role As a Junior Town Planner, you will support the planning team on a varied portfolio of live development projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career planner to gain hands-on experience in a commercial and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applicationsSupporting site appraisals and development feasibility studiesReviewing and analysing local and national planning policyDrafting planning statements and supporting documentsLiaising with local planning authorities, consultants, and internal teamsMaintaining accurate and well-organised project files Candidate Requirements Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline RTPI-accredited degree preferred Strong interest in planning and the built environmentExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailAbility to read and interpret drawings and plansOrganised, motivated, and keen to develop within a growing business Why Apply?
