About the role
An opportunity has arisen for an Examinations & Assessment coordinator. You will report to the Head of Examinations & Assessment, and work alongside seven Examinations & Assessment Managers to assist in the organisation of examinations within the Business School.
What you would be doing
The role includes working across 7 Exams Managers and assisting with the organisation of examinations in the Business School. We have exams almost every month so this a busy role, mainly consisting of:
* Assisting with the digital/online and on campus exam processes, timetables and marking procedures
* Responsibility for data collection, and keeping records up-to-date
* Assisting with the allocation and training of invigilators
* Managing the examinations archive
* Manage prize certificates
* Working with online digital, and in-person, exam delivery and marking systems
What we are looking for
We are looking for applicants with excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word. Relevant professional experience in Higher Education would be advantageous. The applicant must be able to work independently with the ability to juggle a busy and varied workload
