As Project Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of live and upcoming projects. If you love to collaborate, enjoy variety and are happiest when working in a fast-paced environment this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
* Plan and oversee live and upcoming projects.
* Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Maintain project documentation and status reports.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Logistics Management
* Coordinate logistics with internal delivery teams and external haulers.
* Manage inventory and procurement.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and risk management protocols.
* Production Scheduling
* Create and maintain detailed production schedules.
* Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
* Collaborate with creative and technical teams.
Communication & Collaboration
* Act as the main point of contact for project updates.
* Lead regular check-ins and production meetings.
* Keep stakeholders informed of changes and risks.
* Administrative Support
* Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
* Maintain shared tools, calendars, and databases.
* Prepare post-project reports and evaluations.
