Promoting innovation, efficiency and customer focus in the delivery of housing management for over 10,000 social homes, including responsibility for rents, leasehold, and lettings.Head of Housing Technical Services RNR002737-Salary: £71,714 p.a.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Housing Technical Services function. As Head of Housing Technical Services, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the Council’s housing assets, ensuring our homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all statutory requirements. You will be client-side managing our repairs services, and responsible for compliance, disrepair, and damp and mould.Head of Housing Improvement and Strategy RNR002738 - Salary: £71,714 p.a.As the Head of Housing Improvement and Strategy, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across a range of critical functions within Housing Services. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering housing strategy and policy, overseeing the implementation and support of core IT systems, data governance, and ensuring a strong customer focus across housing services.Head of Housing Communities RNR002739 – Salary: £71,714 p.a.The Head of Housing Communities is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality housing services across the borough, the post holder also acts as the lead for safeguarding within housing services, ensuring that safeguarding practices are embedded and compliant across all housing operations.
