We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximise revenue and retention.
What Youll Be Doing
* Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
* Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
* Target-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Earning Potential
* £28,000 - £32,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission structure monthly and quarterly bonuses
* Realistic OTE of £36,000£38,000+
