A dynamic and creative local retail design consultancy is looking for a driven Account Manager who thrives on delivering standout visual experiences for stores and brands. This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a visionary client services team, where you’ll nurture partnerships across major accounts, offering strategic insight and building trust that leads to continued success and growth. * £35,000 - £50,000 * Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available for specific working hours) * Annual bonus * Hybrid working pattern (3 or 4 days on-site, 1 or 2 days WFH) Duties & Responsibilities * Client Champion – Be the go-to contact for key accounts, owning project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction * Strategic Leadership – Drive commercial success through smart communication, competitor insight, and relationship management * Project Maestro – Lead projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and creative briefs with precision * Process Pro – Oversee every detail from CPAs to supplier orders, ensuring seamless execution and top-quality results * Retail & Supplier Liaison – Build strong partnerships with retailers and suppliers to keep projects moving and clients happy * Trusted Business Support – Work closely with Directors, contributing to wider business goals and strategic initiatives Skills & Experience Required * Extensive experience in a similar Account Management role within a POS / retail design business * Prior involvement in cardboard, acrylic, and print POS projects for major brands * Thorough, in-depth knowledge of the retail design sector, with an up-to-date awareness of trends and industry developments * Sound understanding of the design and manufacturing processes * Skilled at carrying a project through its critical path, reliably meeting deadlines * Excellent at building long-lasting client relationships * Self-motivated, with a “can-do” approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutions * Takes a consistently positive, proactive and helpful approach
