Description
As aGraduate/Assistant Project Manager, you will support the ProgrammeManager, in building and maintaining the build programmes and theirrelated duties for our City Fibrecontract.
KeyResponsibilities
* We arelooking for someone to maintain the recording of data on therelevant systems and apply this to each City Fibre build programme,limiting risks to forecast of delivery
* We arelooking for someone to ensure that all issues are recorded andescalated
* We are looking for someone tounderstand the DepotNet system and work to the processesaccordingly
* We are looking for someone toliaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programmesare delivered
* We are looking for someone toassist with planning and coordination of programmes and theirrelated activities
* We are looking for someoneto monitor the implementation of programme policies andpractices
* We are looking for someone to keepupdated records and create reports or proposals
* We are looking for someone to ensure that all the clientand operational requirements are met in a professional andefficient manner
* We are looking for someone toprovide daily and weekly reports and to ensure that all servicelevels and objectives are achieved
* We arelooking for someone to provide a positive and innovative input intothe team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracingchange
* We are looking for someone to ensurethat safety issues are reported in line with Companyprocedures.
Experienceand Qualifications
* Degreein related subject e.g. Project Management
* Be IT and system literate - Use of MS Officesoftware
* Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
* Able to work in anorganised manner to meet important deadlines
* Working to detail, with a consideration of the widerimpact
* Programme/project scheduling orevents/diary co-ordination
* Recording andreporting data
