Role – About The Role
We have a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for healthcare to work and develop a career within the marketing and communications sector. As an Account Executive, you will actively contribute within the client services team, working across a leading prescription-only medicine brand and contributing to scientifically driven campaigns.
You’ll manage small projects from start to finish, including timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs across a variety of jobs, ensuring smooth running from start to finish and managing the work on our bespoke job management system. Our client base spans food & drink, healthcare, and B2B; this role sits within our prescription-only medicine team where scientific insight, precision and regulatory awareness are key. You will typically have the opportunity to work in at least two different teams before progressing to Account Manager to learn more about what we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for managing all projects through the process from understanding Client requirements, briefing creative work, to the completed product
* Responsible for managing the production process to ensure we meet project deadlines through proactive management
* Compile market sector information for Account Team and investigate competitor and market initiatives
* Provide an effective timely and professional service to the Client either directly or via the Account Manager
* Compile status reports and contact reports
* Organise and prepare meeting rooms for Client meetings, ensuring Agenda and presentation material are all in place
* Help with referencing on Veeva Vault PromoMats and monitoring the progress of jobs through the approval system
* Proof reading, data inputting and a host of other key tasks such as filing and answering incoming calls/emails to ensure the smooth running of the account
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines is important, as we aim to deliver high-quality work on time to our clients. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are key to success in this role.
You’ll collaborate with a range of brand and client services teams, so it’s important that you’re able to build positive working relationships across the business and with our clients. Familiarity with various social media platforms is a plus.

Additional Details
Our head office is based in Filleigh, North Devon. We operate a hybrid model with office attendance three times a week. The office is set in a historic rectory surrounded by rolling fields and is best accessed by car.
