Overview
When you join Co-op, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and on the shop floor, while performing a range of other tasks around the store such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and compliant – ensure shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues
* Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events
* Build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Demonstrate flexibility and a positive approach to change and problem solving
