The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of one of our newly acquired contracts to ensure that a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements, delivering on the KPIs and SLA while working on-site with the client to ensure smooth operation and success.
Shift and salary
Working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
09:00 – 19:00
From £27,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership, building effective client relationships and delivering operational excellence
* Based on various client premises across the Midlands patch – mileage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location
* Overachieve KPIs
* Oversee and manage the daily implementation of the operational plan
* Regularly update the Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities
* Build strong client relationships and create a positive perception of Winner Recruitment
* Fully understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment is consistently achieved
* Recruit drivers and warehouse staff to fulfil client requirements
* Plan and organise the assessment and induction process for all workers
* Be accountable for overall compliance at sites and ensuring contingency plans are in place
* Manage workers including absence, pay queries, performance, retention, etc.
* Conduct investigations and disciplinary/grievances as required
* Attend weekly meetings with client leadership to review performance and delivery
* Plan and organise induction for new starters, including meet-and-greet and issuing of welcome packs/uniforms
* Responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurer/claim issues
* Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner that reflects the company values
* Maintain flexibility in working arrangements, including re-assignment of duties during peak periods and bank holidays
Onsite Coordinator Requirements
* Travel to multiple client locations at least 3 times per week across the central region
* Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle
* Experience in building effective client relationships at all levels
* Experience in delivering results and managing people
* Experience with reporting and forecasting tools
* Strong people management skills with a proactive, target-driven approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build sustainable relationships
* Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a focus on quality and profitability
* Uses initiative and good judgment to make decisions
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Onsite Coordinator Benefits
* Salary: £27,000 per year depending on experience
