Our client who is a high growth organisation are looking to expand their UK sales team, with a New Business Account Manager. You will be working hybrid and spending 2/3 days a week in their Watford office. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, targeting and winning new business, owning the full sales cycle. You’ll have experience selling either SAAS-based ITSM platforms or ITSM professional services.
Responsibilities
* Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
* Own end to end sales cycles: outreach, discovery, proposals, demos, negotiations and contract sign offs
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions
* Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
Skills
* Proven experience selling SAAS ITSM solutions or ITSM services
* Strong track record of new business sales and consistently achieving targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
* Demonstrated success in closing £50k - £500k+ deals
* Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
