The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level executive support to ensure the CEO can operate effectively and strategically in leading the global business. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and agility. Executive Support
* Manage the CEOs complex diary, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones; coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas and logistics; prepare agendas, papers and presentations for board and stakeholder meetings; act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with tact and efficiency; coordinate board meetings, investor briefings, and leadership offsites.
Meeting & Communication Management
* Organise and support high-level meetings, including minute-taking, action tracking and follow-ups; support preparation for key internal and external events, conferences and leadership engagements; maintain effective lines of communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
* Anticipate the CEOs needs and proactively manage priorities to optimise their time and impact.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring timely communication and task alignment; support the CEO in monitoring KPIs, project milestones, and operational updates; assist with drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Culture & Engagement
* Represent the CEOs office with professionalism, integrity and warmth.
* Build strong working relationships with senior leaders globally to enable smooth information flow; you will play a key role at the heart of a global business that is passionate about creating fun, connection and opportunity; working alongside an inspiring CEO and senior team, you will gain exposure to international operations, strategic projects and a vibrant, driven business.
* Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar role supporting board-level executives in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to tone and audience.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and virtual collaboration tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
* Experience in leisure, hospitality, or multi-site operations; knowledge of a European language.
* A proactive mindset, with curiosity and commercial awareness; calm, confident and resourceful under pressure.
