We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships Manager to join us as a member of the function within our East Midlands region, based from the regional office in Nottingham, just off junction 25 of the M1. The postholder will play a crucial role in supporting a team to acquire land in line with the regions five-year business plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region. Reporting into the Land and Partnerships Director, they will proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plans.
They will also identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, lead and supervise bid submissions, and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects including pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
They will help develop team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can to support the growth of the business.
This role would be ideal for a successful Land Buyer looking to make the next step in their career.
