About the Role: As Duty Manager, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business during your shift. You act as the main point of contact for both guests and staff, ensuring operations run efficiently and that high standards are maintained across all areas. This is a hands-on and varied role within a fast-paced environment. You will support multiple departments including Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities, stepping in where required to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, resolving guest queries and complaints, and responding/managing any issues that arise—from maintenance problems to last-minute staffing gaps. No two days are the same, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and proactive is essential. You will lead by example, supporting the team on the ground and contributing positively to the working environment.
