People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative – FLT (Counterbalance) to join our well-established client based in Bothwell, South Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time ongoing work throughout the Christmas period, with genuine potential for permanent employment.
Shifts • Monday to Friday – 05:00am to 01:00pm (2 positions) • Monday to Friday – 03:00pm to 11:00pm (1 position)
Rates of Pay • Day Rate: £12.30 per hour • Night Rate: £13.00 per hour (night premium applies after 6pm)
Start Date • Immediate starts available
Contract • Ongoing until Christmas, with the view to go permanent for the right candidates

Day-to-Day Duties • Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidently • Loading and unloading vehicles (including double-stacked pallets) • Pick, pack and put-away tasks • Movement and storage of palletised stock • General warehouse duties and housekeeping • Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse teams • Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills • Valid RTITB Counterbalance Licence • Previous warehouse/FLT experience • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Reliable, hard-working and willing to learn
