About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Business lessons to a diverse range of A-Level students. This includes: Planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the latest Business specifications. Creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that ignites students' interest in the business world. Developing critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in students. Contributing to the ongoing development of the Business curriculum and resources. Supporting and motivating students to achieve their full potential in Business studies. The Ideal Candidate: A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business or a related field is essential. A strong track record of delivering high-quality Business education to post-16 students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with young adults from diverse backgrounds. The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters a passion for business. A strong understanding of current business trends and the ability to integrate them into your teaching.
