Overview
Night Senior Care Assistant – Halmer Court, Spalding, PE11 2EL. Salary: £13.25 per hour + paid training + recognised qualifications. Hours: Full-time and Bank available – average 38.5 hours per week (includes alternate weekends). Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am. Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday – 44 hours
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 33 hours

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred or willingness to complete it)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults
* Ability to supervise care staff and lead with confidence
Your Role
* As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you’ll:
