Shepherd Neame is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. If you are an experienced chef looking for a new challenge and to develop your career in the kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Old Mill in Kennington, Ashford, is a cozy country pub located on Canterbury Road, overlooking Dukes Spring, a tributary of the Great Stour River. Dating back to the early 19th century, it is a Grade II listed building, named after the nearby Kennington Mill.
We recognize that excellent chefs are essential to a successful kitchen. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring outstanding service and food for our guests.
If you have proven catering experience, a passion for food, motivation, and are a great team player, we are willing to train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
