Denroy Sales Administrator RoleLocation: Denroy Ltd, 9-11 Baloo Drive, BangorDepartment: Commercial DepartmentReport to: Customer Service Team LeaderWeekly paid hours: 37.5 hoursWorking hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00pm, Friday 08:00 am-1:30pm.As a local family-owned company since 1972, we have great pride in our company culture, support the local community and providing opportunities. Denroy Limited is a leading supplier of Plastics injection moulding solution to a number of industries worldwide. Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for a fast-learning sales administrator who is able to support colleagues with an increased workload.RESPONSIBILITIES:You will: Deal with customers via email and telephone calls to provide informative and accurate information on products and services we offer to customers. Generate and process invoices. Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing prompt and efficient response to enquiries. Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service. Liaise with the warehouse team and other departments regarding orders and deliveries. Manage order books including working closely with production to ensure alignment with factory capacity Follow up on actions resulting from weekly Sales & Operations meetings where necessary Ensure alignment between Denroy and customer KPIs including delivery performance Updated 15/05/2026Essential: Degree educated or equivalent experience Successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) educated as a minimum with Grade C including English, Math. Proficient IT Skills, including Excel. Extremely organised, with the ability to priorities decisions when faced with competing priorities. Excellent at both Verbal and Written communication with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Proven track record of problem solving and working in a fast-moving environment. Work in an environment looking after customers accounts. Excellent Time Management. Experience of working with multiple customer portals.Desirable: Level 3 excel spreadsheet. Experience on digital systems inputting and manipulating data and pricing products Strong customer service skills. Handle incoming enquiries from customers via email and telephone. Maintain a professional and strong relationship with customers. Ability to work individually and as a part of a team. Ability to adjust to change.
