About the Unit

Human Resource Services supports the University of Newcastle through practical services and advice across recruitment, workforce strategy, HR operations and employee experience. The Talent Acquisition team delivers coordinated, high-quality recruitment services that help the University attract and onboard the right people for our community.


Be challenged and imagine with us

In this role you will:

* Help bring the University’s recruitment processes to life by coordinating key steps in the hiring journey
* Support a wide range of activities across scheduling, candidate care, documentation and system management
* Work closely with advisors, specialists and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $74,491 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
