We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Administrator to join a small, family-run business. You'll be part of a tight-knit team of three, so fitting in and working well with others is key. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, can handle a high volume of phone calls, and isn't fazed when customers are calling with issues or complaints. While previous experience is a plus, we're happy to consider candidates with less formal experience if they have the right attitude and can manage the workload.
