We're partnering with a alcohol FMCG retailer who distrubute their products within the hospitality sector. They are looking for an experienced and dedicated Credit Controller to join their growing and dynamic team in London Bridge.
Duties:
1. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection.
2. Conduct regular chasing of overdue invoices via telephone and email.
3. Review and action the daily credit hold list.
4. Monitor and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure prompt resolution.
5. Post and allocate customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Liaise with Sales Account Managers regarding overdue/disputed accounts.
7. Disputes review on a weekly basis with escalation to account managers and directors as appropriate.
8. Produce and distribute customer statements.
9. Dealing with accounts that have gone into liquidation including liaising with administrators.
10. Assessment of credit worthiness of potential and existing customers including determining credit limits and payment terms.
11. Manage customer online portals & EDI Invoicing.
12. Responsible for 7 day and final notice letters.
13. Cash flow forecasting - weekly detailed forecast by every sales invoice for 8 weeks ahead, comparison to previous week and major movements.
