We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager role in an export company based in Amersham. The company is a prominent European and North American meat and poultry exporter, with a particular concentration in the Philippines, Korea, Thailand, and the Middle East (Saudi, Egypt, UAE).
Job Requirements
* You must demonstrate experience in sales/procurement/trading in one (or more) of the above countries.
* Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and delivering growth in a comparable industry/role.
* Effective negotiator and influencer.
* Someone with worldwide food/commodity trade contacts and expertise is desired.
* Creative, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
* Excellent client service and communication abilities.
* Capability to find and target new clients in novel ways.
* Strong business and financial aptitude.
* Organized, capable of multitasking, and capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent written and vocal English, as well as Mandarin.
* Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
* Significant experience in a comparable capacity.
