We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Management Coordinator, to join our Sales, Bidding and Estimating team based in Melsonby. Please note this is an office based/hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the management of Business to Business product sales function (Channel Sales)
2. Manage key customer accounts daily, and act as the primary point of contact between key customers & Swarco
3. Support the Head of Systems Sales with proposals for migration opportunities and software support renewals
4. Liaise between Swarco and key suppliers on order progress and delivery
5. Production of quotations to customers
6. Follow up proposals made to customers on behalf of various sales teams with the aim of successfully closing the opportunity

Profile
7. Experience of customer account management
8. Experience of producing cost proposals
9. Basic commercial and financial awareness, Margin / Markup, price indexation
10. Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
11. Confidence in speaking with customers and discussing pricing and technical queries (full product training to be provided)
12. Excellent attention to detail
13. Right to live and work in the UK
