Salary: £13.10ph plus incentives
Hours: Part Time - 3 shifts per week, 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm including alternative weekends

Job Title: Care Assistant - Days
Role Responsibilities
* Join our team to provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting residents in daily living, including personal care and daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote residents' independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, aiming for 90% and above in Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Remain 100% current with mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements
* Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
* Reside 30 minutes or less near the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Written and oral communication skills.
* A caring and nurturing attitude.
* A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
* Time management and organisational skills.
