Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email - This opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector. * Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email * Complaints resolution. * Data-Entry - Log and maintain accurate customer records * Arrange and process payments for clients * Translate documents and correspondence as required * Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals * Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What You Will Bring * You will be fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written to a professional standard * Strong MS Office experience * Experience in delivering customer service or Administration * Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail * Capable of effectively managing Team relationships remotely * Hold the right to work in the UK PLEASE NOTE: The work for home days are set at a maximum of two days per week - This is not a fully remote role, therefore you should be within easy commuting distance of Bristol City to be considered for this position.
