About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide you with an excellent experience working at HC-One, starting from the quick turnaround from offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy for planning, and follow recipes accurately. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and be able to seek advice and escalate concerns as needed.
